01Carrier authority and licensing
Carrier operates as a for-hire passenger motor carrier with authority required by WisDOT (Wis. Stat. ch. 194), the Illinois Commerce Commission (625 ILCS 5/18c) for Illinois trips, and the FMCSA (USDOT/MC authority) for interstate trips.
02Drivers and hours of service
Drivers are properly licensed (CDL with passenger endorsement where required by capacity; Wis. Stat. § 343.04, 49 C.F.R. Part 383) and comply with FMCSA Hours-of-Service (49 C.F.R. Part 395) and drug & alcohol testing (49 C.F.R. Part 382) where applicable.
03Vehicle safety, inspection, and insurance
Vehicles are maintained and inspected per 49 C.F.R. Parts 392/393/396 and state requirements. Carrier maintains commercial passenger liability insurance meeting or exceeding 49 C.F.R. Part 387, Wis. Stat. § 194.41, and Illinois minimums.
04Seat belts and child restraints
All passengers must use seat belts where equipped (Wis. Stat. § 347.48; 625 ILCS 5/12-603.1). Children must be secured in an appropriate child/booster seat (Wis. Stat. § 347.48(4); 625 ILCS 25/4). The Client provides required child restraints unless arranged in advance — important for daycare and school rides.
05Passenger conduct
No smoking, vaping, or illegal drugs. No weapons or unlawful activity. Open-intoxicant laws (Wis. Stat. § 346.935; 625 ILCS 5/11-502) apply. The driver may end the trip for safety violations without refund.
06Payment, deposit, and fees
A non-refundable deposit of 25% is due at signing; the balance is due before the trip. Taxes, tolls, parking, airport fees, wait time, and gratuity may apply. Overtime is billed in 30-minute increments.
07Cancellations and refunds
Governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy: 14+ days — deposit forfeited, balance refunded; within 14 days — up to 100%; no-shows charged in full; Carrier-caused cancellations fully refunded or rescheduled.
08Delays and force majeure
Schedules are estimates. Carrier is not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, mechanical issues, or events outside its control. The driver has final authority over routing and safety.
09Liability and indemnification
Carrier is not responsible for items left in the vehicle. To the extent allowed by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the trip. Client indemnifies Carrier for damage/claims from the Client’s or its passengers’ conduct.

Carrier complies with the ADA and Title VI. See our Accessibility Statement.
11Electronic signature consent
You consent to transact electronically; your e-signature is binding under the federal E-SIGN Act (15 U.S.C. § 7001), Wisconsin UETA (Wis. Stat. ch. 137), and Illinois UETA (5 ILCS 175). Your signature, name, IP address, and timestamp are recorded as evidence.
12Governing law
Governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin; venue in the county of Carrier’s principal place of business, except where law requires otherwise.
