1. Deposits
A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the trip total reserves your booking. The remaining balance is due before the trip begins.
2. Cancellation Windows
- 14 or more days before pickup: deposit is forfeited; any balance already paid is refunded.
- Less than 14 days before pickup: you may be charged up to 100% of the trip total, depending on how much notice is given and whether the slot can be rebooked.
- Recurring/standing rides (daycare, school): may be paused or canceled with 7 days’ notice for future rides; already-scheduled rides within the notice window may still be charged.
3. No-Shows & Late Arrivals
If a passenger is not present at the scheduled pickup, the driver will wait a reasonable grace period (typically 10–15 minutes). After that, the trip may be treated as a no-show and charged in full. Extended wait time is billed in 30-minute increments.
4. Changes & Rescheduling
We’ll do our best to accommodate changes to date, time, or route. Changes are subject to availability and may affect the price. Significant changes may be treated as a cancellation and rebooking.
5. Cancellations by TJ Legacy
If we must cancel for reasons within our control (for example, a vehicle becomes unavailable), you are entitled to a full refund, including the deposit, or a rescheduled trip at no penalty. For cancellations caused by weather, road/airport conditions, or other events beyond our control, we will work with you to reschedule whenever possible.
6. How Refunds Are Issued
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer, typically 5–10 business days.
7. How to Cancel
To cancel or change a booking, call or text (773) 951-4819 or (262) 282-5443, or email info@tjlegacytravel.com. Please include your confirmation number.
